A console that will not boot the night before a long weekend. A phone screen that cracked in the parking lot. A hard drive that started clicking and then disappeared. When the technology in your life breaks, you need someone close by who can work out what went wrong and fix it. Our new video puts it in three words: we fix that.
Anything With a Wire
We work on far more than laptops and desktops. Bring us your:
- computers and laptops
- phones
- TVs and sound systems
- PlayStation and Xbox consoles
- security cameras and security systems
- servers
- medical devices
- vehicle controllers
If it plugs in or charges up and is not on the list, ask us anyway.
Diagnose. Repair. Upgrade.
Every repair starts with a diagnosis, because the symptom is not always the problem: a console that will not boot might need a new power supply, a cleaned-out fan or a replacement drive. Once we know the cause, we can fix what actually needs fixing.
While a device is open, it is often the right moment to upgrade it. A solid-state drive (SSD) or more memory can make an older computer feel new for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.
Repair or Replace?
Not every device is worth fixing. A few questions help decide:
- What would a replacement cost? If the repair costs close to the price of a comparable new device, replacing it usually makes more sense.
- Can it still get security updates? A computer whose operating system no longer receives security updates is a risk, however well it runs. Windows 10, for example, stopped receiving regular security updates in October 2025.
- What is on it? Photos, documents and business records are often worth more than the device itself. Even when a device is not worth repairing, the data on it may be worth recovering.
- Is it just slow? Slowness can often be fixed with an upgrade or a clean-up rather than a new machine.
Before You Bring It In
- Stop using a failing drive. If a drive is clicking or keeps disappearing, every restart risks more damage. Power it down and bring it in, especially if the data matters.
- Skip the bag of rice. If a phone gets wet, unplug it and do not charge it. Apple warns that small particles of rice can damage a phone.
- Note the symptoms. When did it start? Are there error messages, beeps or blinking lights? Did anything happen just before, such as a drop, a spill or an update?
- Bring the charger or power cable, and if the device still turns on, be ready to unlock it so the repair can be tested.
- Back up what you can while the device still works.
Custom Builds
Need something new instead? We build custom PCs to order, choosing the processor (CPU), graphics card (GPU), memory (RAM) and storage (SSD) around what you actually do, whether that is gaming, video editing, design work or a dependable office workstation.
