Parent FAQ

What age group is this for?
Our programs are designed for children aged 10–14. Some programs may be suitable for mature 9-year-olds – contact us to discuss.
Do children need prior experience?
Not at all! We start from absolute scratch. No prior technology experience is required. Our instructors are trained to work with complete beginners.
What equipment or tools are needed?
Everything is provided at our training facility. Children need to bring only themselves and a willingness to learn. We have all computers, tools, and materials.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are held at Unit 101, 242 Reid Street, Quesnel, BC V2J 2M2 – the Elect Technologies office and training facility.
Can siblings enrol together?
Absolutely! Siblings are welcome in the same group. Each program accommodates 6–10 children, so early enrolment is recommended to secure spots.
What if my child misses a session?
Contact us ahead of time to discuss options. We work with families on a case-by-case basis to ensure no child falls behind.
